Architectural aspects

The house is conceived not as an isolated object, but as part of a larger structure called U.M.A (Minimal unit of grouping). This structure that defines the intermediate scale between the house and the neighborhood, understanding the neighborhood as a grouping of UMAs, basically is a building organized in swastika liberating its center as a neighborhood courtyard, favoring the encounter between the inhabitants of the building without interfering in the privacy of each household.
